Job summary

Marchant Recruitment is seeking an enthusiastic MFL Teacher to join a secondary academy in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire. The role covers French and/or Spanish for KS3–KS4, with an ASAP start. It is a full-time, permanent position with a salary on MPS/UPS dependent on experience.

You will deliver structured lessons, develop core language skills, and prepare GCSE pupils for writing and speaking assessments. You will track progress and contribute to language enrichment and planning.

Qualifications

• Holds QTS and has strong knowledge of at least one modern foreign language.
• Ability to model accurate pronunciation and effective language-learning strategies.
• Uses engaging activities to encourage participation.
