An exciting opportunity has arisen at a highly regarded school in Derby for a passionate and dedicated MFL (Modern Foreign Languages) Teacher to join a thriving department. This full-time, permanent position starts in September 2025, with the potential for a Teaching and Learning Responsibility (TLR) for the right candidate. The role involves teaching MFL across KS4 (GCSE) and KS5 (A-Level).

Key Information:

• Position: MFL Teacher

• Teaching Subjects: Modern Foreign Languages at KS4 (GCSE) and KS5 (A-Level)

• Contract: Full-time, Permanent

• Location: Derby

• Start Date: September 2025

• Salary: MPS/UPS (depending on experience), with the possibility of a TLR

• Experience: Both experienced and ECT MFL Teachers welcome to apply

We Are Looking For a Teacher Who:

• Holds a degree in Modern Foreign Languages or a related subject

• Possesses QTS or PGCE

• Can confidently teach MFL at KS4 and KS5

• Demonstrates strong communication, planning, and organisational skills

• Brings enthusiasm, creativity, and passion to the classroom
