Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting for a passionate and skilled Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) Teacher to join a secondary school in the Exmouth area from September 2025. We are seeking a teacher who can inspire students in languages such as French, Spanish, or German, fostering a love of languages and cultural understanding.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and effective MFL lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
Encourage language confidence, cultural awareness, and independent learning
Plan, assess, and adapt lessons to meet the needs of all learners
Use effective behaviour management strategies to create a focused learning environment
Support student progress through differentiated instruction and targeted feedback
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Specialism in French, Spanish, or German
Secondary teaching experience in MFL (ECTs welcome to apply)
Strong communication and classroom management skills
Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
