Job summary
South Staffordshire Water in the West Midlands is seeking an experienced Field Team Leader to manage a team of Meter Readers across the South Staffordshire region. You will coach, supervise and support field staff to deliver accurate reads and high service standards.

Qualifications
- Metering field experience is essential.
- Experience supervising or coaching teams.
- Full UK driving licence required.
- Willingness to travel across the South Staffordshire area.
- Strong communication and health & safety awareness.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a field team of Meter Readers.
- Drive performance against reading targets.
- Provide coaching, training and quality assurance.
- Conduct field audits of equipment, vehicles and safety.
- Support onboarding and performance reviews.
- Investigate and resolve customer and staff issues.
- Monitor lone worker safety and vehicle checks.
- Build relationships with customers and stakeholders.
