Job summary

First Recruitment Services in Horsham is recruiting a Warehouse Operative for a well-established manufacturing company on a temp to perm basis. The role involves accurate picking of stock to meet daily orders and assisting with stock checks and material handling after training.

You will support machine operation for metal cutting and processing, package products for shipment, and maintain a clean, safe workspace. Hours are 7am to 4pm, Monday to Friday, with pay £12.50–£13 per hour.

Qualifications

• Forklift licence desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick stock according to daily order requirements.
• Support machine operation for metal cutting and processing following training.
• Pack and prepare metal products securely to ensure quality for shipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in line with health and safety guidelines.
• Assist with inventory management, including stock checks and replenishment.
• Always follow company processes and safety procedures.
