Job summary

ASHI Group, the parent for Anglian Home Improvements and other leading brands, is seeking a Meta Ads Manager to own the Facebook, Instagram and broader Meta strategy from Norwich. You will drive lead generation, ROI and growth across multiple brands while coordinating with Creative, Analytics and Marketing teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing Meta Ads campaigns with demonstrable results
• Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, audience segmentation and conversion tracking
• Experience with lead generation, ecommerce or performance marketing campaigns
• Excellent analytical skills and confidence working with campaign data
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously
• Commercial mindset with a passion for delivering measurable outcomes
• Hands on paid social experience across TikTok Ads and Pinterest Ads would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Planning, launching and optimising Meta advertising campaigns across multiple brands and business units
• Managing significant advertising budgets to achieve lead generation and revenue targets
• Developing audience targeting, retargeting and lookalike audience strategies
• Analysing campaign performance and producing actionable insights
• Running A/B tests and continuously improving creative performance
• Working closely with our in-house Creative, Marketing and Analytics teams
• Identifying emerging trends, opportunities and platform developments within Meta
