Job summary

ASHI Group is hiring a Meta Ads Manager in Norwich to own Facebook, Instagram and broader Meta advertising strategy. You will run high-performing campaigns across multiple brands, optimize spend, and drive leads and revenue growth with a data-driven approach.

You will collaborate with Creative, Marketing and Analytics teams to test ideas, scale successful tactics and stay ahead of platform changes. Hybrid working, competitive salary and strong benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing Meta Ads campaigns with measurable results.
• Strong proficiency with Facebook Ads Manager, audience segmentation and conversion tracking.
• Experience with lead generation, ecommerce or performance marketing campaigns.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to work with campaign data.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
• Commercial mindset focused on tangible outcomes.
• Hands-on paid social experience on TikTok and Pinterest is a plus.

What You'll Be Doing

• Planning, launching and optimising Meta advertising campaigns across multiple brands and business units
• Managing significant advertising budgets to achieve lead generation and revenue targets
• Developing audience targeting, retargeting and lookalike audience strategies
• Analysing campaign performance and producing actionable insights
• Running A/B tests and continuously improving creative performance
• Working closely with our in-house Creative, Marketing and Analytics teams
• Identifying emerging trends, opportunities and platform developments within Meta

What We're Looking For
