Job summary

Irongate Marketing LTD is a small UK paid social agency seeking a Meta ad account manager to own a portfolio end to end—strategy, creative direction, testing, scaling, and client relations. You’ll decide what to test next, and what to educate our design team with for asset creation.

You’ll work directly with clients to optimize performance, refine signals, and build testing roadmaps, all while maintaining a hands-on approach and owning the outcomes of your accounts.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience managing and scaling Meta ad accounts across multiple clients.
• Ability to move without a detailed brief and present a point of view.
• Direct communication with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Own performance of a small portfolio of Meta ad accounts end to end.
• Lead creative strategy, brief and direct creative, build a testing roadmap.
• Understand each client's brand, voice and customer for informed decisions.
• Manage tracking setup, data quality, and attribution for reliable decisions.
• Communicate proactively with clients, flag issues early.
• Build your own frameworks and share learnings with the team.
