Qualifications

• Previous experience as an MET Technician or Strip Fitter is required.
• ATA/NVQ certification is advantageous but not essential.

• Dismantle and rebuild vehicles as per instructions.
• Perform 4 wheel alignment and diagnostics.

MET Technician / Strip and Fit Vacancy

Ref: 80150

• Pay: up to £48,000 plus overtime and bonus
• Type: Permanent
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday
• Benefits: 21 days holiday including public holidays, Pension contributions, Enhanced sick pay, Cycle to work scheme, Benefits App

Our client, a busy Bodyshop group, is currently looking to expand their team with the addition of an experienced MET Technician in the Stratford Upon Avon area.

Key MET Technician / Strip Fitter Roles and Responsibilities:

• Removing and refitting parts to ensure body repairs are to a very high standard
• Dismantling and rebuilding vehicles as instructed
• Reporting unseen damage, absent from estimate as soon as identified
• 4 wheel alignment, Suspension work, GEO, diagnostics, and all mechanical work

Ideal Requirements as a MET Technician / Strip Fitter:

• Previous experience as an MET Technician / Strip Fitter
• ATA/NVQ is advantageous but not essential
• Hybrid Trained
• ADAS Accredited
