Qualifications

• Proven experience as an MET Technician within an accident repair environment.
• NVQ or ATA Accreditation advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication skills and the ability to multi-task.
• Knowledge of diagnostic procedures and fault-finding techniques.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Own tools and a valid UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct all mechanical and bodywork tasks on allocated vehicles.
• Dismantling, fault-finding, and diagnostic work to identify repairs needed.
• Reassemble vehicles with new or repaired parts ensuring high quality standards.
• Perform inspections and testing to confirm vehicle safety and compliance.
• Carry out road tests in a safe, legal manner, assessing vehicle roadworthiness.
• Work efficiently to meet production targets while maintaining high standards of workmanship.

• Up to £24 per hour, resulting in a salary of up to £56,160 plus bonus
• Time-saving bonus at £10 per hour, with an OTE of £65,000
• 45-hour working week, Monday to Friday, with Saturday mornings as required
