Steer Automotive Group is recruiting a skilled MET Technician to join our UK team. You will dismantle, diagnose, and repair vehicles to pre-accident condition using the latest tools and methods. We value precision, ownership, and pride in workmanship.

Qualifications

• Proven MET Technician experience in a bodyshop or accident repair setting.
• Strong understanding of vehicle mechanical, electrical, and trim systems.
• ATA accreditation (or working towards it) is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Dismantling and reassembling vehicles safely and efficiently, following manufacturer methods.
• Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults and carrying out the necessary repairs.
• Working with the latest technology and equipment to ensure quality and compliance.
• Liaising with other technicians to support a smooth and efficient repair process.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional working environment.
