Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd. is seeking a skilled MET Technician for our Burgess Hill workshop. The role focuses on high-quality stripping, fitting and repair tasks in a busy, professional environment.

You will join a supportive team dedicated to safety, efficiency and continuous skill development, with a Monday–Friday 8 am–5 pm schedule and a modern workshop setting designed for quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Proven MET Technician experience in a fast-paced bodyshop or dealership.
• Strong vehicle strip and fit skills with a high level of technical competence.
• Good organisational skills and ability to assist in workshop control.
• Exceptional attention to detail to uphold high standards of repair quality.
• Reliable and team-oriented with a commitment to workshop efficiency.
• Ability to maintain safety standards and support team members as needed.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out vehicle stripping, fitting, and repair tasks to the highest standard.
• Assisting in workshop organisation by allocating work to team members efficiently.
• Conducting quality control checks to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Supporting the workshop team with vehicle repairs when required.
• Maintaining high health and safety standards within the workshop environment.
• Liaising with colleagues to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of jobs.
