HP4 Recruitment Ltd is sourcing an experienced MET/Panel Technician for a busy Falkirk bodyshop. The role involves MET and panel repairs on accident-damaged vehicles and collaboration with the team to restore vehicles to pre-accident condition.

Ideal candidates will have MET and panel experience, strong repair knowledge, and a full UK driving licence. The position offers a stable, long-term career with ongoing training and development in a modern facility.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as MET Technician or Panel Technician.
• Experience across MET and panel repair work.
• Full UK Driving Licence required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out MET and panel repairs on accident-damaged vehicles.
• Remove and refit mechanical, electrical and trim components.
• Repair, replace and align damaged body panels.
• Carry out stripping and refitting work as required.
• Assess vehicle damage and determine repair methods.
• Carry out welding and structural repairs where required.
• Work with other bodyshop technicians throughout the repair process.
• Ensure repairs are completed safely and to high standards.
• Complete repairs in line with manufacturer and industry standards.
• Accurately complete job cards and repair documentation.
