Job summary

Elanco is seeking an Engineer - IT Manufacturing Execution to design, implement, and support MES in its production facilities. You will bridge manufacturing and digital systems, focusing on data integrity, efficiency, and regulatory compliance across GMP environments.

The role requires 3+ years configuring MES platforms, exposure to SAP integration, and strong SQL skills. Hybrid work in Hook/Speke, UK, with opportunities to shape manufacturing IT strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years hands-on experience configuring and supporting an MES platform.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably pharma/animal health, GxP-regulated.
• Familiarity with CSV and validation concepts (IQ/OQ/PQ).

Responsibilities

• Design and configure MES solutions, build and modify EBRs and workflows.
• Analyze manufacturing workflows with operations to drive process improvements.
• Provide frontline MES support and ensure high system availability.
• Support integration between MES and ERP (e.g., SAP) and shop-floor equipment.
