Job summary

Experis is seeking a hands-on MES Engineer with proven DELMIA Apriso experience to design, configure, deploy and support MES capabilities underpinning production operations. You’ll work closely with manufacturing engineering, IT and shop floor stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions and ongoing improvements.

This delivery-focused role requires configuring Apriso modules, troubleshooting production issues, and thriving in a structured manufacturing environment where uptime and data accuracy

Qualifications

• Hands-on DELMIA Apriso configuration and deployment experience.
• Solid understanding of MES concepts in discrete or process manufacturing.
• Experience integrating MES with ERP/PLM systems.
• Able to work independently and meet project timelines.
• Strong stakeholder communication with technical and shop floor teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and deploy DELMIA Apriso modules (Process Builder, Global Process, Time & Labor, Quality, Production, Machine Integration).
• Develop and maintain business process flows using Apriso Process Builder.
• Integrate Apriso with shop floor equipment, PLCs and enterprise systems (ERP, PLM, SCADA).
• Support system testing (unit, integration, UAT) and manage DEV/TEST/PROD environments.
• Troubleshoot production incidents and provide hands-on support during core hours and escalation as needed.
• Translate shop floor requirements into MES functionality with engineering teams.
• Contribute to documentation: specs, guides, and runbooks.
• Participate in continuous improvement of MES processes and system performance.

The Role

You'll join a team responsible for the design, configuration, deployment, and ongoing support of MES capabilities that underpin production operations, working closely with manufacturing engineering, IT, and shop floor stakeholders.

This is a delivery-focused role — you should be comfortable configuring Apriso modules end‑to‑end, troubleshooting production issues, and working within a structured manufacturing environment where uptime and data accuracy are critical.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and deploy DELMIA Apriso solutions across relevant modules (e.g. Process Builder, Global Process, Time & Labor, Quality, Production, Machine Integration)
• Develop and maintain business process flows using Apriso Process Builder
• Integrate Apriso with shop floor equipment, PLCs, and enterprise systems (ERP, PLM, SCADA)
• Support system testing (unit, integration, UAT) and manage deployment through DEV/TEST/PROD environments
• Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents, providing hands‑on support during core hours and escalation as required
• Work with manufacturing engineers to translate shop floor requirements into MES functionality

Essential Experience

• Demonstrable hands‑on experience with DELMIA Apriso (configuration, Process Builder, deployment)
• Strong understanding of MES concepts and their application in a discrete or process manufacturing environment
• Experience integrating MES with shop floor equipment and enterprise systems (ERP/PLM)
• Comfortable working independently and delivering to project timelines
• Strong stakeholder communication skills – able to work with both technical teams and shop floor operations
