Job summary

McLaren Automotive Ltd seeks an experienced MES/IT administrator to support manufacturing execution and quality systems in a digitised factory environment. You will maintain DELMIA Apriso, 3DEXPERIENCE interfaces and SAP-integrated production interfaces, ensuring availability and secure operation across OT/IT boundaries.

You will manage system and configuration across development, test and production, implement controlled changes with rollback plans, and resolve incidents with vendor escalation

Qualifications

• Solid grounding in IT service management and ITIL-aligned incident/change management.
• Experience with manufacturing integration and ISA-95 data flows.
• Practical troubleshooting using SQL, logs, monitoring tools, Windows and Linux servers.
• Exposure to MES/MOM systems (DELMIA Apriso) and interfaces to ERP systems.
• Familiarity with security best practices and ISA-99 / IEC 62443 zoning.

Responsibilities

• Administer DELMIA Apriso MOM solutions and interfaces to 3DEXPERIENCE, SAP and OT integrations.
• Maintain system health across environments, releases and controlled changes in production.
• Operate within ITIL-aligned service management processes for incidents, problems, changes and releases.
• Work within ISA-95, Purdue-model OT/IT boundaries to ensure availability, integrity and safe operation.
• Perform system, environment and configuration management across development, test and production.
• Plan and execute controlled changes with rollback plans and keep CMDB accurate.
• Triage, diagnose and resolve incidents and service requests; escalate to vendors when needed.
• Plan and execute MES/MOM and interface releases with minimal disruption to production.
• Administer interfaces and data flows between MES, ERP and data platform with ISA-95 boundaries.
