Job summary

MERKUR Casino UK Ltd in Oxford is seeking a hands-on Keyholder to manage opening, trading and closing in the Venue Manager’s absence, ensuring a warm welcome and a first-class gaming experience. You’ll need strong communication and cash handling skills, be flexible to work weekends and bank holidays, and support training and teamwork.

The role includes promoting responsible gambling and maintaining high standards of presentation.

Responsibilities

• Open, trade and close the venue in the absence of the Venue Manager/Assistant Manager.
• Maintain high housekeeping standards and clean gaming equipment, floors and surfaces.
• Handle cash and issue change per procedures.
• Assist with bingo, catering or other duties as required by management.
