MERKUR Casino UK Ltd, Crawley, is hiring a part-time Team Member to help deliver a warm, high-standard gaming experience. A 24-hourly week role with a pay rate of £13.25–£14.75 per hour, plus night rate for shifts between 23:00 and 06:00, awaits the right candidate.

No gaming knowledge required as full training is provided. You'll cover venue housekeeping, customer service, promotions support and adherence to brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, hospitality or gambling environments.

Responsibilities

• Ensure venue housekeeping is maintained to a high standard (cleaning gaming equipment, floors, walls).
• Provide service rounds and refreshments per brand guidelines.
• Monitor customer behaviour for suspicious or disruptive activity.
• Assist with administration with a focus on accuracy (100%).
• Support promotions to run smoothly and contribute to customer satisfaction.
• Deliver customer service in line with company standards and policies.
• Log customer interactions per internal policy and escalate when needed.
• Maintain smart presentation and adhere to the brand dress code while on duty.
• Build product knowledge to enhance the customer journey and safeguarding policies.
