M&A Manager | Facilities Management

We’re working with a fast-growing, PE-backed Facilities Management group that’s actively acquiring complementary service providers across the UK. As part of their continued growth strategy, they’re looking to hire an M&A Manager to help drive the acquisition pipeline and support integration across the group.

The Role

As M&A Manager, you’ll work directly with the Head of M&A and senior leadership to:

• Identify and assess acquisition targets across FM, cleaning, fire & security, and other soft/hard services
• Lead commercial due diligence and coordinate external advisors
• Build financial models, support valuations, and assist in deal structuring
• Develop board papers and present strategic rationale for investments
• Support integration planning and post-deal tracking

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in M&A, corporate finance, or transaction services (in-house preferred, but open to advisory backgrounds)
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines in a fast-paced setting
• Comfortable in a blue-collar, operationally complex environment
• Experience in FM, engineering services, construction, or similar sectors is highly valued
• Strong communicator with excellent commercial judgment
