eXPD8 is seeking a Merchandising Team Leader to oversee a field-based team in the TW18 area, covering North Surrey and parts of East Berkshire. You will supervise a district of 40 part-time merchandisers, scheduling activities, onboarding, coaching and ensuring client standards are met in stores.

You’ll still be hands-on in-store, delivering merchandising work to planograms, checking displays and POS, and driving high-quality execution across your patch.

Qualifikationen

• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Previous retail or merchandising experience.
• Confident using mobile and desktop systems for scheduling, reporting, and communication.
• Strong planning, organisation, and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Ability to motivate and coach remote field-based colleagues.

We're looking for a Merchandising Team Leader in the TW18 area.

About the role:

You'll play a key role by supervising a field-based team of 40 part-time merchandisers by scheduling and monitoring day‑to‑day activity across your district, recruiting, onboarding and coaching your team to ensure work is delivered on time and to client standards.

Alongside supervision, you'll remain hands‑on in store, delivering merchandising activity in line with briefs and planograms and checking that products, displays, and POS materials are set up correctly and presented to a high standard.

Ideal Recruitment Area: Chertsey / Addlestone area (KT16)
Areas Covered: North Surrey and East Berkshire border area, covering Chertsey, Addlestone, Staines-upon-Thames, Ripley, Bisley, Lightwater and Yateley.

Hours: Minimum 30 hours per week (18 hours team supervision, 12+ hours client merchandising)

As this role will be covering a large district a driver will be required.

Rate: £13.70per hour for team supervisory tasks and £14.25 per hour for merchandising tasks
