MOO, established in 2006, has grown into a team of over 400 employees creating print and digital products for clients ranging from Google and Airbnb to craft fairs. Our global headquarters is in London, UK, with additional locations in Dagenham, Boston, East Providence, and Denver.
We are seeking a commercially focused Optimisation & Merchandising Assistant for an 8-month contract to support exciting projects in 2025. This role involves working across teams to launch new products, enhance customer experience, and analyze data to improve website performance.
Responsibilities include:
You will be responsible for implementing new product, service, or campaign journeys, collaborating with marketing teams to review site performance, and ensuring the website meets customer expectations.
Ideal candidates are interested in ecommerce, data-driven, and passionate about online customer experiences. We welcome applicants with varying levels of experience, including recent graduates.
