Job summary

Mountain Warehouse is a rapidly growing global retailer with a strong UK presence and expanding online platform. This role supports merchandising leadership to deliver category strategies, forecast stock, and optimise availability across seasons.

The ideal candidate has Senior MAA or Assistant Merchandiser experience, strong analytical abilities, excellent communication, and solid Excel skills to drive trading opportunities and efficiency within a hybrid London office setup.

Qualifications

• Experience at Senior MAA or Assistant Merchandiser level.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Effective communicator.
• Good Excel knowledge.
• Excellent work ethic and initiative.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Works with a high level of accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Merchandiser to deliver the category strategy with analysis and promotional opportunities.
• Manage linecards and intake: forecast and identify where additional buys are needed and ensure stock arrives on time.
• Support the Merchandiser to actively trade the category to maximise sales, profit and availability.
• Check that stock is shipped from suppliers on time.
• Support and develop the MAA and share best practices across buying and merchandising.
