Job summary

Monsoon in the United Kingdom is hiring a Merchandising Administration Assistant to support the Merchandising team with stock allocation, PO tracking and data analysis. You’ll learn essential commercial skills while collaborating with buyers and suppliers across stores, concessions and online channels.

You will visit UK stores, prepare reports, present findings to Merchandisers, and contribute to building future fashion ranges. A keen eye for accuracy and strong Excel skills are valued.

Responsibilities

• Allocating stock to Monsoon stores worldwide, concession partners and digital channels.
• Tracking deliveries and amending Purchase Orders.
• Liaising with Suppliers and Supply Chain teams for on-time deliveries.
• Creating reports and analysing sales to support range planning.
• Presenting analysis and bestsellers to Merchandisers and Buyers.
• Collaborating with Merchandising, digital, concessions and channel teams.
• Visiting stores across the UK and creating competitor analysis.
• Collaborating with Supplier, Online Trading, Studio & Image, Marketing and Finance to support roles.

We're excited to be looking for an Merchandising Administration Assistant to join our Monsoon Merchandising team. We are looking for individuals with analytical minds and have an interest in Fashion and Retail. You will be joining a team of merchandisers and buyers that will allow you to learn the essential logical and commercial skills needed to become a future Merchandiser. What will you do as a Merchandising Administration Assistant?

• Allocating stock to our Monsoon stores worldwide, Concession partners and Digital channels.
• Tracking deliveries of all products and amending Purchase Orders with any changes
• Liaising with our Suppliers and Supply Chain teams for effective and on time deliveries
• Creating reports and analysing sales to assist the buying and merchandising team with building future fashionable ranges
• Presenting analysis and bestsellers to Merchandisers and Buyers
• Working closely with the Merchandising team, as well as liaising with other relevant teams to your role - digital, concessions and channel merchandising.
• Visiting our stores across the UK regularly and creating competitor analysis
• Working closely across multiple functions in the business and externals - Supplier, Online Trading Team, Studio & Image Team, Marketing and Finance
