Tagged Resources Ltd is seeking an Assistant Merchandiser to support the merchandising team with reporting, data input, and supplier coordination. The role focuses on improving forecasting accuracy, stock control, and timely order processing in a busy textiles environment.

You will work across internal departments, build professional supplier relationships, and contribute to efficiency improvements. A strong eye for detail and proficiency in Excel and Power BI are essential.

Qualifications

• Weekly update of store orders and till sales to aid forecasting and decision making (≤140 chars).
• Data input into forecasting system including min stocks, missed sales and accuracy of information.
• Generating weekly Power BI reports showing service levels by category for merchandisers.

Responsibilities

• Process and update store orders and sales data weekly.
• Input forecast data with min stocks and missed sales.
• Generate Power BI reports on service levels and variances.
• Create and send purchase orders for categories as required.
• Liaise with suppliers to ensure on-time deliveries and manage stock levels.
• Support merchandisers with ad-hoc reports and data analysis.
