Job summary

QVC Group, Inc. is a live social shopping company with a portfolio of brands. The Buying/Merchandising Administrator supports QVC International and provides critical administrative and supply chain support to help manage purchase order amendments, booking issues and product delivery timelines.

This hybrid role in London requires on-site presence at Chiswick Park, West London two days a week. You will manage PO amendments, track critical path progress, liaise with suppliers, and coordinate with

Qualifications

  • Administrative experience within buying, merchandising, supply chain, distribution or customer service environment.
  • Experience with critical path management and meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • High computer literacy with MS Word and Excel.
  • Collaborative and flexible approach, delivering accurate results.

Responsibilities

  • Manage purchase order amendments through Supply Chain, ensuring changes are submitted accurately and on time.
  • Track order status and update critical path information to meet delivery and selling schedules.
  • Review open PO reports, identify issues affecting sell dates, communicate actions with Buying, Shipping and Supply Chain teams.
  • Act as a primary contact for supplier booking issues and PO amendments, resolving queries efficiently.
  • Provide admin support to Buying and Merchandising to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Collaborate with Assistant Buyers and internal stakeholders to review order status and maintain critical path data.
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to resolve booking and delivery issues promptly.
