At JoJo, we’re looking for a Merchandising Administrative Assistant

You will assist and support the Merchandising team in all aspects of Merchandising across all business channels. Working within a small team, you will be expected to juggle a fast-paced and changing workload and be able to multi-task. Duties may include admin, reporting, analysis, and stock distribution.

A peek into your daily adventures
Planning
  • Work with the merchandising team to ensure effective planning of stock flow, commitment, intake, and distribution.
  • Support planning for new store openings & review existing store layouts.
  • Assist in planning and managing stock distributions to stores.
Analysis
  • Analyze historic sales patterns and trends.
  • Produce trading packs and ad hoc analysis as required.
  • Provide regular analysis on stock levels, sales performance, and purchasing.
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis as needed.
Trading / Operations
  • Respond to store queries.
  • Amend mins and maxes for stores.
  • Import allocations for new seasons.
  • Manage price lists for current seasons and markdowns.
  • Update hierarchies and merchandising style information.
  • Assist in managing the outlet website (stock and discounts) and sale store allocations.
  • Liaise with warehouse to manage stock levels and capacity.
  • Collate weekly correspondence to stores & area managers.
  • Proof catalogues to ensure correct information.
Other
  • Support the Merchandising team in daily operations.
  • Attend store visits, provide feedback, and recommend actions.
