Job summary

Finisterre, a B Corp certified brand based in the UK, is seeking a Merchandising Analyst to manage retail stock and support the merchandising team. You will ensure stock availability by size, drive sales across channels, and support data analysis and reporting.

Based at Finisterre's HQ in St Agnes, Cornwall, the role involves Excel-based work, weekly and ad-hoc analyses, and close collaboration with store teams and the Merchandising team.

Qualifications

• Analytical with strong numeric ability and high attention to detail.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively.
• Interest in merchandising within a multi-channel retail business.

Responsibilities

• Allocate and manage retail stock levels in line with allocation plans.
• Transfer stock between warehouse locations to maximise availability.
• Monitor store replenishment and adjust to maximise sales and profit.
• Weekly analysis of availability at a size level across channels.
• Develop relationships with store teams to improve performance.
• Provide feedback to the merchandiser on trends and opportunities.
• Support line card updates and reorders with data-driven insights.
• Maintain WSSI data weekly and ensure data accuracy across docs.
• Liaise with warehouse for labelling and stock transfers to stores.
