Ways of Working:

We offer hybrid working, varying by role. Our Head Office is located in Manchester City Centre’s Northern Quarter, surrounded by cafes, bars, and restaurants. Our full-time hours are 36.17 per week over 5 days, with flexibility around start and finish times.

Responsibilities:

  • Generating daily and weekly trading reports.
  • Keying orders into the system for delivery to partners.
  • Maintaining accuracy of the order file through general housekeeping.
  • Managing the department critical path.
  • Communicating with internal Buying & Merchandising teams to ensure timely order processing.
  • Corresponding with external partners via email and Teams calls.
  • Supporting order scheduling in line with trading performance.
  • Escalating delivery issues to relevant Merchandisers.
  • Coordinating with the warehouse for dispatches.
  • Maintaining size ratios aligned with sales data.
  • Assisting with ad hoc duties as needed.

  • Excellent administrative, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to learn and curiosity-driven.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Team player with a keen interest in retail.
  • Motivated and driven.
  • Basic Excel skills; retail experience preferred.
