At JoJo, we’re looking for a Merchandising Admin Assistant – B2B

You will support our B2B Team by providing essential data. The merchandising team ensures the right products are available at the right time, place, and quantities. You will work closely with the B2B Junior Merchandiser and Partnership Executives to plan and build ranges, managing stock levels to maximize profit.

A peek into your daily adventures

Planning

  • Work with the Junior Merchandiser to plan stock flow, commitment, intake, and distribution, including weekly allocations
  • Support planning for new partnerships and review existing ones, managing changes as needed
  • Assist in planning and managing stock distributions using seasonal options and allocation plans

Analysis

  • Analyze historic sales patterns and trends
  • Produce trading packs and ad hoc analysis as required
  • Provide regular analysis on stock levels, sales, and purchasing
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis, e.g., promotional activities across channels

Trading / Operations

  • Respond to partner queries promptly
  • Review allocations
  • Manage price lists and markdowns across channels
  • Update hierarchies and merchandising style information, including seasonality
  • Compile weekly correspondence to partners
  • Provide information to other teams, such as visual merchandising and marketing
  • Attend store visits, offering insights, recommendations, and feedback
