Job summary

Osprey London is seeking a Merchandiser to optimise trading across digital and retail channels. Based at our Great Gaddesden location, you will shape seasonal strategies, manage stock and forecast demand in close partnership with business owners and cross-functional teams.

You will report to the Senior Merchandiser and work with another Merchandiser to deliver profitability, inventory control and timely product launches.

Qualifications

• Interest in fashion with a passion for premium products.
• Ability to collaborate with Directors, suppliers and colleagues.
• Strong communication and planning skills with time management focus.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem solving.
• Proficiency in Excel and stock management systems.

Responsibilities

• Own weekly trading performance of digital channels, reviewing sales, stock and intake to maximise profitability.
• Analyse historical performance and market trends to identify opportunities and risks.
• Maintain WSSI/Trading plans and reforecast as needed throughout the season.
• Manage stock availability across channels and coordinate upcoming launches.
• Provide clear trading updates to Directors and collaborate with Marketing.
• Forecast demand and contribute to merchandising strategy across channels.
