Fella & Jones are partnered with this global luxury fashion brand in search of a Collection Merchandiser/Senior Collection Merchandiser working across their growing Shoes division.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

1. Planning and implementing a successful product assortment that delivers on sales, productivity, and margin targets globally.
2. Providing range plans that define the offer across all accessories and leather goods, ensuring appropriate pricing architecture and trend alignment, using market analysis to influence decisions while maximizing margins.
3. Preparing design briefs highlighting seasonal range and product needs for design and product teams.
4. Analyzing market needs, opportunities, and growth potential.
5. Monitoring sales feedback across all channels to take corrective actions based on past season performance.
