Fella & Jones are partnered with this global luxury fashion brand in search of a Collection Merchandiser/Senior Collection Merchandiser working across their growing Shoes division.

Responsibilities include:

• Planning and implementing a successful product assortment that meets sales, productivity, and margin targets globally.
• Providing range plans that define the offer across accessories and leather goods, ensuring appropriate pricing, trends, and market analysis to maximize margins.
• Preparing design briefs highlighting seasonal range and product needs for design and product teams.
• Analyzing market needs and growth opportunities.
• Monitoring sales feedback across channels to address past season issues and drive category growth.
