Job summary

Trespass is a leading outdoor clothing and equipment brand seeking a Merchandiser to plan and forecast with a focus on range-building and stock management. You will work closely with the design, buying, and allocator teams to ensure the right products are available at the right time.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of retail merchandising experience, a proactive approach, and strong Excel skills to drive weekly and seasonal KPI reporting.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ experience as a merchandiser within a retail business.
• Experience with department/category planning and stock management is preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Plan and forecast by season for the department.
• Oversee range/assortment planning and stock levels.
• Manage in-season forecasting and markdowns.
• Supervise the Allocator.
• Produce weekly and seasonal KPIs and reports.
• Ensure stock is in the right place at the right time.
