Job summary

SUCCESS TALENT in Liverpool is seeking a Merchandiser to elevate our outdoor sportswear brand’s product strategy. You’ll be the analytical hub, driving growth through smart planning, trading, and range building, reporting to the Senior Merchandiser.

You’ll own weekly trading analysis, forecast demand, manage stock flow, and collaborate with design and product teams to craft winning ranges. A fast-paced, high-energy environment awaits with opportunities to mentor junior colleagues.

Qualifications

• You’ll be the analytical powerhouse behind the scenes, reporting into the Senior Merchandiser and driving growth through smart planning and trading.
• Strong focus on data-driven decisions and KPI analysis to shape ranges and performance.

Responsibilities

• Own weekly trading analysis and deliver insights that matter
• Spot product heroes and zeroes - and act fast
• Forecast demand, manage WSSI, and keep stock flowing
• Keep core styles in check with smart rebuys
• Drive the critical path and keep launches on time
• Collaborate with design and product teams to build winning ranges
• Mentor junior team members and help them shine
