Job summary

Smiths News is seeking an Instore Merchandiser to manage a Lincoln-based territory and bring product displays to life on the shop floor. You will handle POS placement, stock replenishment and auditing, while building strong relationships with store colleagues and managers.

This flexible, part-time role offers hours between 5 and 20 per week with holiday pay, a contributory pension, travel time and mileage where eligible, and a driving licence and vehicle required.

As an Instore Merchandiser, you'll bring products to life out in the world on the shop floor. You'll own your territory, taking care of point-of-sale placement to stock replenishment and auditing. You'll take pride in first-class standards, creating and maintaining visually impactful displays, and building strong relationships with store colleagues and managers. You'll be the person who keeps everything in order, ensuring that stock is replenished and that displays stay on-brand. You'll take charge of your own cost-effective journey plan and make every visit count. If you're someone who thrives on autonomy and loves to engage with others, this role is for you.
