Job summary

CPM is seeking Merchandisers in the Millom area for part-time field work across Monday to Sunday (with fixed days Tue, Thu and Sat). You will visit stores within 10 miles, set up POS materials, and refresh displays for health & beauty brands.

A car is essential to travel between stores; pay is £15.07 per hour PAYE including holiday pay, with induction and ongoing work. Ideal candidates have retail merchandising experience and are comfortable working independently, building in-store relationships

Qualifications

• Experience in retail merchandising.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong communication with store staff and customers.

Responsibilities

• Visit a mix of high street, grocery, and convenience stores to complete merchandising tasks, audits, and POS setup.
• Navigate fixtures and arrange products per planograms.
• Ensure stock is on shelves to drive sales and keep displays attractive.
• Negotiate extra display space where possible.
• Light stock movement and lifting may be required.
