Job summary

Fashion & Retail Personnel is seeking an experienced Merchandiser for Accessories to lead the commercial performance of this key category. You'll work with Buying, Digital and Wholesale teams to own seasonal planning, forecasting and trading across Accessories.

You will base decisions on customer and trading insights to optimise assortments, drive sales and margin across full price retail, ecommerce and wholesale.

Qualifications

• Experience as Merchandiser within a high street fashion brand.
• Strong commercial and analytical skills with forecasting and trading experience.
• Advanced Excel required; Power BI a plus.

Merchandiser – Accessories

A leading brand is seeking an experienced Merchandiser to lead the commercial performance of a key category.

Working closely with Buying, Digital and Wholesale teams, you’ll take ownership of seasonal planning, forecasting, trading and stock management across Accessories. You’ll use customer and trading insights to optimise product assortments, maximise sales, profit and margin, and ensure the category is positioned for continued growth across full price retail, ecommerce and wholesale channels. You’ll also present commercial recommendations to senior leadership and play an important role in developing the merchandising team.

You’ll currently be working at Merchandiser level within a high street fashion brand. You’ll have strong commercial and analytical skills, proven experience in WSSI, forecasting and trading, and be confident influencing cross‑functional stakeholders. Advanced Excel skills are essential, with Power BI experience beneficial.
