Job summary

Fashion & Retail Personnel is seeking an experienced Merchandiser for Accessories to lead the commercial performance of this key category. You'll work with Buying, Digital and Wholesale teams to own seasonal planning, forecasting and trading across Accessories.

You will base decisions on customer and trading insights to optimise assortments, drive sales and margin across full price retail, ecommerce and wholesale.

Qualifications

• Experience as Merchandiser within a high street fashion brand.
• Strong commercial and analytical skills with forecasting and trading experience.
• Advanced Excel required; Power BI a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead seasonal planning, forecasting, trading and stock management across Accessories.
• Use customer and trading insights to optimise product assortments and maximise sales, profit and margin.
• Present commercial recommendations to senior leadership and support merchandising team development.
