Job summary

CPM in Galashiels invites an Experienced Retail Merchandiser to visit major high street stores, complete merchandising tasks and place POS materials.

You will drive sales by negotiating displays, require own transport, use an app to report and take photos, and lift promotions occasionally. This is long-term, with immediate start possible and benefits such as holiday pay.

• Experience as a retail merchandiser or similar role.
• Own transport and willingness to travel within the area.
• Ability to take good photos and report via app.

Job Description

Experienced Retail Merchandiser needed in the Galashiels area. Approx 2 hours per week*. £12.01p/h PAYE including holiday pay. Start immediately, with long term, on-going work available (flexible to suit you) Use of a car is essential as you will need to take point of sale (POS) into store.

Ideal location: Galashiels, United Kingdom, TD1

Territory covering: Galashiels (within 10 mile radius)

• You will be visiting major high street stores, completing tasks such as merchandising, audits and placing of point-of-sale (POS)
• Driving sales by negotiating additional displays
• You will need your own transport as sometimes you may need to carry promotional displays/materials which occasionally may be sent to your home
• Building rapport with colleagues and customers whilst in store.
• You will need a Phone or Tablet for reporting on our App and have good understanding of taking quality photos and giving insightful feedback when required
• You may be expected to move stock when merchandising - some lifting will be involved at times
