They are recruiting a Merchandiser position; this is a new role for the company and will enhance the great work already done by the team, helping to take the business to the next level of their growth phase.

They aim to expand by 200% over the next five years. We are seeking a talented Merchandiser to join their dynamic team and support their ambitious growth plans.

Role Overview:

As a Merchandiser, you will play a pivotal role in range planning, demand forecasting, and ensuring the company meets the evolving needs of their customers. You will work closely with the product development and buying teams to forecast and ensure the right products are in the right place at the right time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective range planning strategies to drive product availability and maximise sales.
• Lead demand planning efforts by forecasting and analysing customer trends and sales performance.
• Monitor and manage the WSSI (Weekly Sales, Stock and Intake) to ensure stock levels align with business objectives and financial targets.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to manage OTB (Open to Buy) and adhere to budgets.
• Oversee the critical path to ensure timely product delivery and smooth operations from concept to store.
• Use data-driven insights to influence merchandising decisions and ensure optimal product assortment across markets.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in a Merchandiser role within the fashion or retail sector.
• Strong understanding of range planning, demand planning, forecasting, and stock management.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage a critical path effectively.
