Are you a Merchandiser seeking a fresh challenge in a fast-paced environment, or perhaps a Junior Merchandiser ready to take the next step in your career? If so, we want to hear from you!

We’re currently looking for a passionate and driven Merchandiser to join our dynamic Buying team. In this role, you’ll work closely with an experienced Buyer, supporting the daily operations of a busy department.

This is a full-time, office-based role at our Support Centre in Speke, Liverpool (L24).

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating weekly core stock orders, ensuring smooth and efficient order management.
• Drive performance during key trading periods, including product launches and seasonal peaks.
• Analyse data and market trends to make informed decisions and identify opportunities in the market.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with suppliers to maximise sales and profits across the range.
• Ensure stock levels are consistently maintained within tight restrictions.
• Keep WSSIs and line cards updated on a daily basis.
• Use Excel to generate reports that effectively communicate key data.

What We’re Looking For:

• An experienced Merchandiser or a Junior Merchandiser eager to step up.
• A results-driven individual with a proven track record of meeting targets and driving growth.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
• Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to work closely with suppliers and internal teams.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
