Job summary

CPM UK is seeking a Merchandiser to cover stores in Liphook and surrounding areas. The role offers around 8–10 hours weekly with potential increases during busy periods. You will use your own car and report via our app, visiting Monday to Sunday with some fixed days.

Previous retail or merchandising experience, especially in health & beauty, is preferred. Join CPM UK for ongoing work, with training and support from your Area Manager and opportunities to take on additional CPM client projects.

Qualifications

• Ideally experience in retail or merchandising.
• Experience with health & beauty retailers is desirable.
• Availability Monday to Sunday with some fixed days (Tue, Thu, Sat).
• Own a car for carrying promotional materials and reports.

Responsibilities

• Visit a mix of high street, grocery, and convenience stores to complete merchandising tasks, audits and POS setup.
• Navigate fixtures confidently (gondolas, bays, shelving).
• Merchandise products per planograms.
• Keep stock on shelves to drive sales and maintain displays.
• Arrange and top up products so displays are eye-catching and easy to locate.
• Negotiate extra display space to boost sales.

Job Description

We are looking for Merchandisers in the Liphook area. Approx 8 - 10 hours per week* (However likely to increase during busy periods) £15.07 p/h PAYE including holiday pay. Start within 2 weeks after onboarding and training with long-term, ongoing work available. Flexible working across Monday to Sunday with some fixed days - Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Ideal experience would be in retail or merchandising - health & beauty would be beneficial - supporting new launches, refreshes, or promotional activity. Use of a car is essential.

Liphook (you will be required to cover stores within 10 miles of here) and surrounding

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Visit a mix of high street, grocery, and convenience stores to complete merchandising tasks, audits, and set up point-of-sale (POS) materials.
• Confidently navigating fixtures (e.g. gondolas, bays, shelving)
• Merchandise products in line with agreed planograms.
• Make sure as much stock as possible is out on shelves to help drive sales and keep displays looking great.
• Arrange and top up products on shelves and displays so they're eye-catching and easy for customers to find.
• Where possible, negotiate extra display space to help boost sales.
• Some stock moving and lifting may be involved from time to time.

What we’re looking for:

• Ideally, experience in retail or merchandising.
• Experience in retailers such as Boots, department stores, or premium beauty chains is desirable.
• Someone who is available Monday to Sunday. We do have fixed visits to be completed on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
• Someone reliable, adaptable, and happy working independently.
• Confident talking to store staff and building good in-store relationships.
• Takes pride in their work.
• Use your own car, as you may need to carry promotional materials or small displays (these may be delivered and stored to your home).
• Use of a phone or tablet to complete reporting on our app - this includes sending clear photos and sharing useful feedback.
