Job summary

Smollan is expanding its team of Retail Merchandisers in the Cardiff area, offering flexible assignments you can choose around your availability. Earn £14.24 per hour including holiday pay, with 32p per mile mileage paid, and the chance to work with well-known brands.

You'll visit local stores to set up PoS displays, merchandise and replenish products, ensure shelves look their best, build relationships with store teams, and complete simple reports on a smartphone or tablet.

Qualifications

• Retail or merchandising experience, supermarkets preferred.
• Reliable vehicle; travel between stores required.
• Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently.
• Space at home to store promotional materials.
• Smartphone or tablet for reporting.

What you will be doing

You’ll visit stores in your local area to help our brands look their best. Depending on the assignment, this could include:

• Set up in-store promotional displays (PoS)
• Merchandising and replenishing products
• Making sure shelves and displays are looking their best
• Building positive relationships with store teams
• Completing simple reports using your smartphone or tablet

What You’ll need

• Retail or merchandising experience (supermarkets ideal)
• A reliable vehicle (travel between stores required)
• A proactive, reliable approach and confidence working independently
