Job summary

Rise Resourcing in Leeds is recruiting a Merchandiser to join a retailer based in Leeds. This role would be perfect for a Junior Merchandiser who is ready to move into a Merchandiser role.

You will work collaboratively with buying to drive strategy for future seasons, build relationships with internal teams to develop product lines, and maximise sales and margins while ensuring stock requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within a Retail Merchandising environment, at a Junior Merchandiser level.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively at all levels.
• Ability to work under pressure with proven problem-solving skills.
• Strong numeracy skills and the ability to analyse and collate information from various sources.
• Commercially aware and business-focused.
• Able to manage and motivate your team to achieve both individual and team goals.
• Excellent understanding of MS Office products, especially Excel.

Responsibilities
