Mercedes-Benz Cardiff, part of the Sinclair Group, is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our Retail Team. You will represent a premium brand, helping customers find the right vehicle from initial enquiry to handover while delivering an exceptional experience.

• Achieving sales targets while maximising finance, insurance and product opportunities.
• Generating new business through prospecting, referrals, networking and digital channels.
• Assisting customers with new and approved used vehicle enquiries.
• Guiding customers through the complete purchasing journey.
• Delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships.
• Managing vehicle handovers and following all sales processes and regulatory requirements.
• Maintaining excellent product knowledge and staying up to date with market developments.

Location: Mercedes-Benz Cardiff
Contract: Permanent, Full-time (average 5 days per week, including alternate weekends)
Salary: £50,000 OTE with uncapped earning potential + Staff Car Scheme

Representing one of the world's most respected automotive brands, you'll help customers find the right vehicle while delivering an exceptional experience from first enquiry through to handover.
