Job summary

Russell Taylor Group is seeking an experienced Revit MEP Coordinator in Ashton-under-Lyne to lead fully coordinated MEP designs and detailed BIM documentation. You will work with Senior Design Engineers and a multidisciplinary team to drive design development through to construction, focusing on BIM, Revit coordination, accuracy and constructability.

The role requires a strong background in Revit for MEP, with knowledge of ISO 9001 quality systems and CDM regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience using Revit for MEP coordination in multidisciplinary design environments.
• Strong understanding of BIM standards, processes and collaborative working methods.
• Proficient in producing precise 2D drawings and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Produce fully coordinated MEP designs and detailed documentation in Revit.
• Coordinate HVAC, mechanical and electrical services with design teams.
• Develop designs through stages of design and construction delivery within ISO 9001 frameworks.
• Export Revit models for file exchange and coordination with central files.
• Support delivery of high-quality outputs within deadlines.
