Job summary

Carrington West is seeking an experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor in West London to take ownership of the commercial delivery of complex MEP packages on rail and infrastructure projects. The role offers a hybrid working pattern with a mix of office, site, and home-working.

You will manage procurement, variations, valuations, and final accounts, while reporting on cost forecasts and ensuring commercial performance across the project team. NEC contract experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor on MEP or Building Services projects.
• Experience delivering mechanical and electrical packages within rail or infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of NEC contracts is advantageous.

Looking for an opportunity where you can take ownership of the commercial delivery of complex mechanical and electrical rail projects?

This is an opportunity for an MEP Quantity Surveyor to join a growing MEP subcontractor, supporting the commercial management of major M&E packages across infrastructure projects. You'll work closely with project and delivery teams to ensure commercial performance is maximised from procurement through to final account.

The role will suit someone with a strong M&E background who enjoys working in a collaborative project environment and is looking to develop within a long-term permanent position.
