Job summary

Baily Garner LLP is seeking a Quality Control Inspector MEP to lead on-site MEP quality inspections across residential and mixed-use developments in Nottinghamshire. You will ensure compliance with specifications, manage reporting outputs, and communicate with clients and project teams to support delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in MEP construction or QC roles.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems, commissioning, and compliance.
• Proficient in defect tracking, reporting tools, and MS Office.
• Full UK driving licence and professional accreditation path encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage and deliver MEP quality control inspections on site.
• Produce detailed inspection reports communicating findings and actions.
• Maintain MEP defect trackers with timely updates and follow-up.
• Review submittals, commissioning plans, and O&M docs for accuracy.
• Witness commissioning activities and represent the client in meetings.
