Job summary

Viridis Talent Ltd is seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to oversee data centre projects. This site-based role requires leading specialist teams and coordinating interfaces between design, installation, testing and commissioning.

You will manage building services packages, coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, and drive programme, procurement and delivery costs while maintaining safety and quality standards. Data centre or similar mission-critical delivery experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering building services on data centre or mission-critical projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical/mechanical packages and installation coordination.
• Experience with commissioning and handover processes.

• Supporting commissioning, integrated testing and handover.

A strong understanding of building services and technical project delivery is essential. Experience with critical power, cooling, controls or resilient infrastructure would be particularly relevant.

Data centre or comparable mission-critical project experience will be required for many positions.
