Job summary

Global Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to lead the delivery of major data centre projects across Europe from design to handover. You will manage multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.

The role focuses on MV/LV power, UPS, generators and cooling, with strong emphasis on BMS/SCADA, ELV and commissioning activities. Salary up to £90,000 with European project exposure.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of MEP project management experience.
• Proven data centre, hyperscale or colocation project delivery.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Experience with MV/LV, UPS, generators and cooling systems.
• BMS/SCADA, fire protection and ELV systems experience.
• Tier III/IV commissioning and IST experience.
• Experience managing contractors, programmes and stakeholders.
• European project experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee MEP delivery from design through construction, testing and handover.
• Coordinate with client, consultants, contractors and specialist suppliers.
• Lead project programmes, risk reviews and quality assurance.
• Ensure compliance with European data centre standards and timelines.

Key Requirements

• 5-10+ years' MEP project management experience
• Proven data centre, hyperscale or colocation experience
